My name is Ashwin and I'm presently living in hyderabad. I was bitten by the rc bug a few weeks back, and I have trouble sleeping since then! So I thought I'd drop by and hello to the rc guild of India.
I've been watching all those videos on youtube, [and envying], and I really want to get started in this hobby. Now I could buy one of those prebuilt plane and fly [and crash] myself to glory, but I really don't have any interest in flying rtrs and arfs. I want to fly something I built.

Is there anyone in hyderabad who builds planes [foamies]? I would love to bug you, and butt my nose in when you're building to learn how its done 

Also, My house is in kompally, would you guys be so kind to help me locate some foam source near that area? I bought a huge sheet of that foam board used to make number plates [major rip off] only to find out its too heavy and flexible to make anything out of it  [Yes, I've used search function but wasn't satisfied]
