Hello,
Sorry to barge in like this and post, but I thought it would be worth a try.
I had ordered some merchandise (non-RC related) from UK. The courier arrived yesterday. I paid customs duty + delivery charges and took delivery, only to find that the package contains a DJI NAZA GPS upgrade module, addressed to Mr. Santosh Kumar Balasundaram. I immediately contacted the courier company (ShopAndShip - Aramex) and requested them to take the package back and refund my money. They have not been very responsive.
If there is a member here named Santosh Kumar Balasundaram, who has ordered the above component from Heliguys, could you please get in touch with me?
Thanks,
Rengarajan
Smart move. I hope the package returns to its owner.

I am yet to get my parcel. The problem with Shop and Ship is, they receive the original package from the seller, repack and label and then send it to the buyer. In this case, they have incorrectly addressed and shipped this package to me and I took delivery as I was also expecting a package.
I have the same last name. I guess that was the cause for the confusion.

Ok...! :thanks:
That's definitively not me ;D. but knowing the contents now definitely wishing it would have been nice to be me >:D
good luck tracing the correct owner  great move..... hope you surely get yours.
it is definitely an error at the origin.
Finally after much effort and back and forth, the courier turned up today, refunded my money and took the package back. I found out that the package was meant for Mr. Santosh Kumar Balasundaram, based in Dubai. No wonder my efforts to look here did not yield any fruits :)
What really surprised me was the fact that the courier just took the small cardboard carton and did not even bother checking the contents. Wonder if it is trust in a complete stranger (yours truly), or complete lack of interest in what they do.
Thanks guys, for allowing me to come in here and post.
