Thank you for all information u provide and assuming with out knew what is the situation here in UAE

I offer a good salary based on survey I done of gulf country

But some people they assume that I that because of cheap labour

What I offer at the end of the month you will save start from 15 k with out bonus ( 3 k )

But for pro I offer more than 22 k as start for first year

And for supervisor start from 32 k ( have degree of aero modeling  and RC or expert of RC )

Don't for get ( I pay all fee of ticket , visa, accommodation ,  transport and health insurance which cost me more than 150 k )

Most company they don't and they give higher salary ( 35 k )

However , I am still looking for two more people if some one interested

well guys he has mentioned the term technician, but this guy is really strange. I enrolled myself for this job n the first thing he asked was what salary am I expecting friends now tell me is this the best professional way to interview someone. without knowing wat a person is capable of how ru going to judge on the base of salary he demands. As per the rule of the forum one has to offer only wat he can give. in ur post u ve clearly mentioned salary ll be discussed during interview n ll be given on the basis of knowledge. but befor discussing any matter ur are directly coming to salary now this is against the rules of the forum. now u either go the way u ve written in ur post or make some modifications in the post.

Moreover I strongly stand on a point, tat if ur providing the job in UAE then u shd also pay the Salary in UAE currency. What I am saying is a part of labour law.

well bro now let me make it clear. it was U who asked me directly bout the salary in the first place. now is this a professional approach. secondly ur offering a job in uae wit accommodation in uae n u want to pay in Indian currency? thirdly am not angry on u because u dint gave me the job (in fact I don need it) am angry because ur approach is non professional. if u want I can make the entire conversation public n let the forum members decide wat ur doing is rite or wrong. at last I would like to tel u, tat u might be working in gulf but I ve been bought up der n I know gulf as good as u know.

@rcnitesh: You are leaving your family, friends, your used-to environment and working in some foreign soil for a person. In that case, unless it isnt a small scale/low turn over company, the company provides you all you need apart from the salary you take. Thats how it works...
