Hello everyone,

My name is Stuart or Stu for short. I live in a small town in the North West of NSW Australia. I am a disabled Vietnam war Veteran and have spent the last 12 years in bed due to extreme Agent Orange poisoning. I love aircraft and building. To keep myself busy and to avoid going mad I took up building RC boats I have about 25 varyingfrom 1 foot to 5 feet in length. I gave many to underprivaleged children before starting to build helicopters. I managed to sell ever one of them to finance my venture into RC aircraft. I now have a squadron of a mixture of planes. Due to having to build them all whilst in bed I had to stick to electric and foam. my planes are:

A Phoenix 2000 type 3 sailplane
Minimoa sailplane
Raphael fighter EDF
Cessna 182 deluxe
J3 Grasshopper (Green)
J3 Grasshopper (Blue)
P51
Large Decathlon
A SkyFun Standard
A Skyfun fitted with a 35 14000kv
Radjet 800
Sky  Surfer V tail
HobbyKing AXN
Bixler RTF
Canadaire c 415
Memphis Belle 2 meter
"I Can Fly" from HobbyKing
FMS 2 meter T28 Trojan
FMS 800mm T28 Trojan
Hobbyking T28 Trojan
HobbyKing FPV Fiberglass fuselage
HobbyZone Swift
Plus roughly 15 co-axial Helicopters from 6 inches to 3 feet.
And boxes upon boxes of spare parts
2 Turnigy 9X transmitters, A HobbyKing 6 ch 2.4 ghz, An Eurgle 9 channel 2.4 ghz, An Exceed 6 channel 2.4ghz, A Multiplex 7 channel 36mhz
I forgot, I also have a scratch built FPV extremely slow flyer which can carry about 3 kg of video equipment
I've also built a number of micro RC planes to give away to up and coming young pilots.

One day I will be able to fly these planes. I'm determined to stand on the flying field piloting something I have built. Until then I will keep sticking my bedding together with gorilla glue and sleeping in a bed full of foam pieces. I'm also very lucky to have a very understanding wife.

See you around the forum.  Stuart.

That's the beastie. A good plane and we have improved it a great deal after 7 builds. It's the perfects FPV plane or even a learner's plane. It looks weird and it will literally stand still when heading into a light breeze with the prop driving it forward at the same speed as the wind. It doesn't budge, rock solid. I have the plans and there are photos of the latest buiuld and mine, the build number 6. Every time we build it we improve it. It weighs in at around 820grams without battery But will carry camera all the transmitting gear and extra batteries. Very economical on power too.

Thank you everyone for your lovely welcomes and kind words. I hope I can be an assett here and help all I can. I want to learn about the people of India and of India itself. I look forward to it.

If anyone would like the plans for the plane above you can download them at Mikey's site or send me your address in a PM and I will email them to you. I will also give you a password to get into my album and see my Version 6 and version 7.

I also have a password for photos of the home made foam cutter which cut the foam for these planes. The front of this plane is too flimsy you will see ous has been beefed up.

Just PM me if you want anything. Best wishes to you all Kind regards  Stuart
