1. Lost a good friend there, long ago, he still sleeps there with his bird, not been able to get to him. every year we have a pooja for him on the banks of the dam.

2. Spent 48 hrs in a dinghy there, in the middle of the winter, some damn water survival training. Will never forget those 48 hrs

Gusty sir, that was an honest mistake! You can't tell by the handle name if a person is a lady.

In my 9th grade my computer teacher told us never to use our real names or faces on the internet and I'm always going to stick with that. Also, some people (like me) just aren't comfortable with putting their faces (or backs) on the internet.

I used to hunt a lot, have toned down now

Earlier years (till 80's) there were lots of places you could.

Now it is selective: eg in Himachal you can get a permit to hunt Wild Boar and Nilgai, which have abounded and are in the 'pest' category

Killing for the sake of eating the flesh may still be justified. Hunting for the sake of killing/blood sport is a heinous crime that scars the soul. Even where allowed legally.
