Hi im from goa. Margao im a beginner in this hobby but have designed and built about 5 rc planes,which did not fly very well but im improving and i have designed and built a 450size quad from scratch which flies very well
Now i need a good lipo and charger any suggestions?
By the way im only 16 yrs old

Good lipos are Dinogy, Tattu,
Good Chargers are B6 by SkyRC & ISDT

But the skyrc b6 original with power adapter is out of my budget(2500rs) and a isdt is way out.
And where can i buy the above suggested lipos from?
And any opinion on gens ace lipos?

Get an Imax B6 clone and use an old computer supply which you get for under 200₹. It has worked for me and the whole setup shouldn't cost you more than 2000₹. The setup would be a little bulky but it's good. If you have any doubts PM me.
