Today has been a great day for me…… 

Ever since I stepped into RC I wanted to make a plane by myself which could fly….. the more I started to understand the physics & theory  http://www.rcindia.org/rc-general-topics/basic-aerodynamics-for-rc-flying/msg41417/#msg41417 the more questions I had and I kept asking them on this forum….yes there were people who tried to help in which ever way they could…. But one person who guided, answered my queries & built my confidence was  Gusty (Mr. Augustine )http://www.rcindia.org/rc-people/augustine-from-kerala-and-my-hangar/msg57550/#msg57550. Since then I had a wish to meet him personally.

This time when I visited Guwahati I elongated my business trip and planned to go to Shillong to meet Mr Augustine… & WOW what a place, nice weather, clear sky, no pollution. Reached at his place by around 11.00am & found him preparing planes (CAP10 & his favorite "Addiction") for flying. The best part is he has real flying field 1-2 Km from his place. After a refreshing hot tea we went to fly.

It was a wonderful experience seeing the expert in action. Gusty explained a few flips & stunts like barrel roll, Cuban 8, Blender etc.  Later Sandy also joined and tried his hands on KATANA V2.

All in all it was a nice experience & fun filled day well spent with the Guru of aero-modeling.

saurabh,  we were  touched & honored by your visit, thanks to you and your enthusiasm, we flew for so long, also thanks to you i had mutter paneer for dinner

I happen to visit coro Maestros place and ... WOW what a place !!!
a dream for all Hobbyists... everything available and everything in place!!!!

Buying things is no big deal but keeping them the way you see in pic is real tough job!!!

Nice 1 hour spent with Sanjai sir in his coro laboratory.
