Nice to see you active on the forum again sir, and looking forward to meeting up ;D
Gentleman, scholar, old friend who I look forward to meet is having tea at my mother's house with SP Herbert. I hope he finds my 70'/80's vintage RC, etc.

One of the most helpful gentleman I have known "Gusty"
@sundaram, you hit the nail... Gusty rocks. He and SP Herbie are in godown in Nongrim Hills, Shillong... he's discovered 80's era Futaba, etc. No sign of sailplane, alas. I've imposed on his good graces on a wild scavenger hunt.
Gracias Gusty
On Vikram's instruction went to his mother's place to look for old futaba 2 channel TX, found it after a lot of difficulty, this difficulty was so sweet that it is beyond words for :-
(a) I met Vikram's Mom, very very sweet aunty
(b) realised what an avid aero modellor (also) was Vikram's Bro Mark was
(c) Saw some painstakingly built Bipe in Mark's room (mother has kept it in as is where is condition), i was extremely schmaltzed to say the least.
(d) Met a good friend SP Herbert, herbert's own youngest sister is married to My Scuba Diving Buddy whom i know for past couple of years, living in the same house. Herbert was surprised to see JJ (BIL) meeting me like long lost bro, was good to see the perplex.
(e) Mark's loss is big for not only Vikram also for aeromodelling community, his attention to detail was fantastic, if i had (Or any aero modellor had) met him, he would have been awe struck by & for his passion
Sorry Vikram could stay for a meal with ma ! presently extremely busy, but the pleasure was entirely mine, Herbert is mailing me the pic, should find it here soon

I'm at a loss for words right now. Thank you... I'm trying to think which Herbie's sister. He has so many. We'll meet Hyderabad August if not before. Thanks to your kind and professional POV on Mark Gautam, I am determined to organize an annual MGMRL-RcIndia memorial trophy, rotating venues, etc.
