what should have taken a weekend turned out to be around 4 months of delay due to varioud personal commitments.
was able to finally able to maiden the plane and it was a breeze. i urge any newbie to try this plane.
it can fly in any tight space and can be taken of and landed in the terrace.(no kidding)

weighs 450gms with 2200mah 3s lipo and flew for around 9 minutes to reach 11.4v.
though it has no airfoil or dihedral, it was perfectly stable and a beginner was impressed as he could fly it without any problem.
attached is below the actual maiden today and the flight 12 years back.
