2)ESC 18A (inbuilt BEC)
3)4ch futaba tx and 6ch rx(72mhz)
4)small30*20 mm propeller()
5)futaba s3003 servo
6)some plywood thermocol and a LOT of super glue and insulation tape

I always wanted to try my hand at building a simple boat but never managed to understand how to keep the water from leaking through the hole for the shaft.. could you show me how your prop shaft is set up..

as shown in second pic just make the hull like a twin hull and water will not even reach the hole through which shaft is to be inserted.... if you want to add payload then you have to something else....one more thing when we increase throttle to half, it starts wobbling so guided driveshaft is a good option...
