Title: Angle of incidence in catapult/handlaunch glider

I have a problem with providing positive angle of attack for wing with respect to tailplane.
Problem:
1.which one is correct?what is the difference in both diagrams?which one should i follow for constructing?

Both are okay. It makes no difference as far as the flight is concerned. If you have doubts about this just look at the various models available from Multiplex for example. Specifically the Easy star. All that you have to be careful about is the value of the angle of incidence. If this angle increases above the required value, then the drag would increase drasticly and the model will not be able to fly well.
