Hi,
This is my another scratch built plane...yes it is built without any plan....just saw a picture of such plane and decided to build one.
the picture below is not yet assembled. all are placed to see actual representation only.

All respected seniors and experienced members, your valuable suggestions are most welcome:
Specification:
two part wing 12" each, hand made with airfoil and 2mm balsa.
front half fuse is EPO material taken from HP Image transfer Kit packing of my office printer. very hard and flexible too.
two 5mm round wooden stick
5mm depron elevator
5mm depron rudder mounted on the wooden stick.
Pusher configuration - 2204 motor and 6x4 prop.
2/3 cell battery

all experienced members are requested to kindly place your valuable suggestion on the design part like. wing and fuse dimension. length of fuse, from nose to tail. AND most IMPORTANT, where will be the CG?

Fly high if you have good set of batteries.....!

Nice build Sandeep! looks like a Bob Cat/ Pushy Cat! Do color it! it would look amazing.

How you made the Airofoil with 2mm Balsa ? Sanding the trailing edge ? I suspect there was a scope of ribs/Spar structured wing on such small scale.

Ujjwaana,
it is very difficult for me to guide one about how i build the airfoil and sanding he tailing edge...... as this is my first balsa built... ;)
But yes.......i have used three ribs to make an airfoil on each wing, two at the corners and one in the middle. 2mm balsa sheet is very flexible horizontally and can be folded easily to make a perfect airfoil. to make the ribs i cut the balsa vertical to the actual sheet so that it comes out had to fold. i hope you understand what i mean. i will upload the closeup picture of wings tomorrow, so that everyone can see it. i dont know whether that building technique is correct or not. If you have seen the Sarkar, Kolkata Cessan 150 balsa model kit, then you can understand how i made the wing.

I have spent week ends sanding the wing of my chucks. Back then my NCC instructor wanted us to 'Graduate' to intermediate before to start building models with spars/ribs etc. Those were school days and never went any further, until recently when I decided to get in R/C finally.
I have recently bought a Gnome Glider kit from New India  Hobby (Mr Sampath) which is manufactured in Kolkata itself. It has similar airofoil structure composed of set of Ribs (6 on each side, Polyhedral) and spars. The only difference is that one puts tissue paper with dope / film instead of 2mm Balsa.

I asked you this as after building the Gnome, I am planning to build my own sail plane from scratch using balsa. been looking for Laser Cutting shops as I am bad in fine arts :(

I guess this Bobcat style is one of the common foamy designs.  I see multiple version of it in our club's building room, and I also remember photos of Rajesh/RotorZone and his friends holding such models.

I have changed the design of the plane now. in the new design the elevator is sitting/mounted on top of the two rudders. the two rudders are coupled with a small push rod. the only difficulty i am facing is placing the servo for elevator. i will post the illustration of same tomorrow for suggestions.

@Rao876 thats a great scratchbuild, I think it is a bit underpowered. What is the place in the video, should meet up sometime.
Its the eye of the tiger, its the thrill of the fight
Risin up to the challenge of our rival
And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night
As he watches us all with the eyes of the tiger

two things that came to my mind:
U need more power
Is the CG too far back? Is that the reason it keeps balooning up?
Just look into these two aspects and if everything is fine then..................
PRACTICE........ PRACTICE.............PRACTICE.
Tiger Sports 40, SPA3D, SPAD Extra all with ASP 52 engines.
SPAD Debonair with OS 46
Turbo Raven 60 with an ASP 91
Next build - Accipiter 91 with DLE 20
Futaba 6EXAP, Futaba 10 CAP

Some problems I can see:
1. Lack of power
2. Very small Tail (Rudder)
3. Little Tail heavy.

Nice build Sandeep. CG 1/3 Chord main wing.  You need to extend nose a bit further to use a lighter battery
