I tried to make a small LCA Tejas. I have used the WLtoys receiver that has inbuilt servo and ESC for the coreless motor. The total flying weight of it is 43 grams and thrust is of 12gram, which was very low for a delta wing. At best, It can perform some long glide or a level flight if everything works well. It also has removable gears, to eliminate any damage while testing.

That's really interesting!!!

What material have you used for the build? From the looks of it, it looks like paper mache? maybe that's the reason behind the increased weight?

I'm curious as to what you're using for the servos? I've seen people using homemade actuators from earphone magnets for such stuff.

Looks really beautiful!!!

I have used a typical 5mm dapron sheet. The receiver I used is only 6-gram weight including servo+esc+reciever(Flysky compatible). I cant think anything lighter than for electronics.

Nice, try reducing the model weight.

Today might be a great and wonderful day. It depends on you.

nice build. Would you be planning an indoor test?

I tried to fly it in the park. But its really underpowered and also a little unstable.

That's a beautiful looking jet!
