i wanna deveolp quadrotor concept vth tiltrotors and increased fuselage section ...
can u help me to knw how a tilt rotor works ...?

The basic difference for tilt-rotors (from regular quads) is that you tilt the rotors using servos, instead of trying to control the rpm of the motors. 

Beyond that, kindly raise more specific questions on any aspect on quads/tilts that the RC India community may attempt to answer :)
