What should I do if my parcel is held by customs?

I've ordered a smartphone in AliExpress about a month ago. It is in Bangalore sub FGN post office right now. From past 10 days status hasn't been updated. Last update was on 08/01/18 that "send item to customs (inb)." My parcel tracking ID is RB431485407SG. Please help me
