The video tx,rx link works fine, I checked it with giving the rx output to the av input in my tv and it clearly shows the transmitted image,
so as the 7 inch display, I works fine when I connect it with set top box output, it works fine,

But when I connect the rx with 7inch display, its showing a distorted black and white image and not the actual image,

No possiblity of wiring misconnection, snapped ground, channel issues, and signal loss as both products are confirmed working fine when checked correctly, but they dont work together well, ..

Any ideas, anyone had these issues before?
thanks in advance.

Sir are you using a board camera or some HD camera? could you post a picture?
Reasons for such distortion may be cold solder joints, loose connections, improper ground or video connection..

Are you using PAL or NTSC, because a mismatch between devices can give you black and white image.

Similarly I would like you to try the setup once again and point the camera towards something well lit (preferably outdoors) because my camera too goes into kind of black and white mode when used in badly lit conditions. Its some kind of night vision I guess which probably can use infrared lights too as the board cams we use are basically security cams.

Im using a HD wing cam from hobbyking, bought from sundaram sir.
Yes Sidewinder, the results are very similar to what we get when connecting a NTSC device with PAL output, but i changed the setting in the wing cam and the results remains the same,
The best thing is , the wing cam, video TX, RX, and the display are working fine when tested individually, its just that they do not work together,
i cheked the possiblity of bad soldering and all connection stuffs, and all are fine, still have no idea where am i missing,

I even cut the AV connectors and soldered the wires from Display directly to RX and the results are same,
DO anyone have had these issues before..
