I have a small quad. enzo 250 running on cc3d and 1500mah battery.
I am planning to install a mini fpv whose specs say:

Transmitter:
Specifications:
– Power: 600mW
– Work voltage: 7-24V DC
– Work current: 310mA@12V
Camera:
600TVL mini HD color camera (FPV aerial camera)
– Red DC12V power input connection

Is it advisable to install an extra small battery to just increase flight time or should i use the same battery.
will this battery work with this transmitter:

Capacity   10000mah   Voltage   7.4V
Continuous discharge rate   25C   Max burst rate   50C
Configurations   2S1P   Charge rate   1C
Size   (H)20mm*(W)31.5mm*(L)57 mm   Weight   55g
PVC Color   Red   Connector   JST

Thanks in advance:)))

7.4V is not advisable with FPV, since camera needs 12V and many times your camera might not work.

Transmitter would not eat a lot of power but just in case you can increase your lipo to 1800mah. Instead of adding a new lipo

Same battery is recommended because a 250 quad might not be able to take the weight and as Satya sir stated cameras work on 12v. Just plug it in you flight battery

Exactly, well said Darshan. Angad first try to fly with the 1500mah first see that do you get any noticeable difference in the flight time. then decide about the battery upgrade :)

No need of an extra battery. Plus 600mW is quite a huge VTx for miniquad. Yes many people around do use it. But if you are after flight time get a 200mW with a Circular Polarized antenna, it will work wonders upto 1-1.2km.
