Sony NEX is light weight cameras . It surely is not 10Kg (In fact I haven't seen any digital camera that weight 10Khg !!!)
I havent heard any Nex series camera that weigh 10kg even with the interchangable lenses. If its Nex 5 there are ready made 3axis gimbal options available. And if you are looking for gimbal/motors, you want something that can handle 1-1.5 kg weight of camera.
You can find some more details @

I am sorry to say but its not right to say that no camera in the nex series weighs 10kg. I have handled a ftiends nex vg900, and according to him fully loaded with a autozoom kit lens, battery and flash/microphone in the hotshoe it weighs close to 12kg.
But the nex5n,l,r or standard ones dont weigh that much, even with accessories it might weigh max 1.5kg.
Nx5 series from sony is cinematic camera it will weigh around 6kg only for body..with some fixed focal lens it can go upto 23kg in total.. i have used the same camera with 3kg weigh carl zies lens in my handheld 3 axis gimbal..
Easily it can carry with 4s lipo.. 8xxx series motor and roll mixes..
I see, Nx5 vs Nex 5.
Well you wont gimbal motors readily for anything above 10kg camera. gimbal motor with 13kg/cm GB 106 17) costing around 250$ each is the biggest that i know of but even that would be insufficrent. You probably need to change cameras.
