It is linked to weight, type of plane (trainer, speed model, 3D Flyer etc.) and control surface area.

For a 600 gm model you should have no problem. I am using 8 gm servos on a 1.2 Kg model which has done over a 100 flights.

HS 55 are real high quality servos; leagues ahead of HK and the others (their price is also wayyyy ahead )
