please help me in finding electronics part , its a mosfet

i have searched in on digikey.com, element14.com , but the unit price is hilarius like 60 rs per unit

Mosfets are costly. Have you tried the local markets?

yes i had , went through all the shops mostly , nobody have, some guys on ebay selling at 40 rs per peice , and some of them from some chinese website selling them at 10 rs but dont know if they are turst worthy.. like from alibaba.com.

what should be the price according to you

I have some IRLR8743 lying around not the 7843. ordered them to make an BLDC ESC myself. similar specs though. well, yeah they are costly if you live in India ! pm me if you want some. I have the D2PAK though.

If you want cheap, go to electronics waste and search faulty motherboards. I have seen that MoBo technicians are searching MoBo lots (Garbage) for their items.
However, I will search not only of your item but need to explore SMD Market in Kolkata.

if the original ESC had through hole mosfets i'm afraid these may not work.. these are SMD.

yeah, those are DPAK, same as I have.. I see there is only one damaged mosfet..
yes, you sure can try as kalyanprodhan says.. rummaging helps a lot.. but i'm not sure if you'll get a 120A transistor..
