Guys,

was looking for a decent camera and found sony nex3 and nex5k.
I need a camera for around 13k with full HD and  smooth video recording.

Any suggestions?

Check eBay.  Lots of cheaper options are listed.  Search Full HD keychain camera.  Even a $45 720p wide angle Lens D I got last month is readuly available. The seller eletoponline365 is reliable.  Here is a sample video:

And keychain #16 is good but not professional and durable. I wont like to place that small thing on a 2axis gimbal

you can try to import the GoPro Hero 3 white edition for around 15K.....
or the nex5k is also good...

Nithinraj, I already saw this; its a real waste of money, you can get the same on ebay for super cheap  about 20-30$.

Yeah bro it's difficult. Need practice, concentration and open place. My both cams are fixed no gimbal used.
