Is there a slow servo?

Just wanted to ask the question on whether the movement of the servo arm can be slowed or not. Application might include the servo for retracts where a slow movement appears better than one quick jerk

So how does one do it? Is there something to reduce the speed of the servo or does one get a special type of servo or what?

I know that high end car radios have adjustable servo speeds. Not sure if the same is available with aircraft radios. But how about hooking one up to a proportional channel and retracting it or you can use exponential to adjust the rate of movement.

Not sure how an expo can be used on this. In the DX6i radio, there are only 4 controls where the expo can be applied - these are the ones that are controlled by the sticks, the rest two are on-off switches.
