Which is best servo for SPAD

hello to all members

which is the best Servo to be use in SPAD.

i use moss and have DYS servo 9 grm, but  the servo is not good in work. after one crashed the servo inner gear was broken though it was in the air, i landed nose first. i have three servos which have same problem


plz guide me which servo to buy and from where

It is common for plastics gear servos to go bad when crashes happen. You can replace the gears alone.

Or you can upgrade to metal gear servos, Sai posted information about the same earlier.

I assume you have made up your mind NOT to buy locally ? :)  I do remember Sai having metal gear ones for a decent *local* price.

If you are going with plastic gears (I assume you are aware of the crash risk with those), then the HXT900s are a better choice.

If you are willing to spend a bit more, these metal gear ones should be much more durable.

BTW, servo selection is also based on th size/AUW of the SPAD you are building, I am assuming it is a small one when you suggested the 9g servo.

Nehal ,
Just a thought ,  centering the servo arms  when trimming out the plane prior  flying is essential  it is also essential to  check trims prior to every flight.

The TG9 E version is only 2USD and better then the TG9.
