Have been making DIY CNCs and 3d-printers since 2013. Currently into making 3d-printers & mini-CNCs for hobbyists. Feel free to ask for any help regarding that. Will post a few pics in some time.

Hi,
Certainly not advisable to make frames with PLA. It is brittle and prone to cracking. ABS is a better option for the same budget. However, Nylon and PETG are the best 3d printing materials for quadcopter parts. You can go through our list of materials on www.fabforma.com. We have a wide range of materials for various applications. If you want your custom parts designed & prototyped quickly, please feel free to call us / email us anytime. Happy to help.
