There are many posts on working with Corro. Do a search

v2 eagle

5mm corro for fuse and 3mm for wing is my standard. and it works well for me, cellophane tape, hot glue, epoxy, CA all works well on corro and depends on the place you need to use it.

Hi
5 mm Coro will be too much heavy .instead u can use a 3mm coro it'll belight wweight and u can if reinforce it. The plane will be a feather light than 5 mm Coro .
As u said that the plane is about 115 cm that is about 3.5 feet long then the wingspan will be around 5-6 feet the wing van be carved out of 2mm Coro and u can use 5mm doubled Coro for spars and reinforcing it.
And main thing .

U can use hot glue on it but (it is my experience) it will no longer last  and  it will also can increase the weight of the plane .
Instead u can use the flex quik ,its available in lock hardware shops for 50 rs only.
