Hello everyone
I along with a few enthusiasts are installing a 4axis foam cutting CNC machine. It's basically for our own hobby. But we are also thinking of offering our services as per individual need.
All we will be needing is either dimensions or a CAD sketch-up (which would be great) and the type of foam required (except polyurethane). And we will dispatch the finished product.
Any more suggestions are. Most welcome.

It will be more good if you can specify some models and material+cutting+shipping cost..
I would like to be the first one to get it cutted..
My need is a 40 to 50inch span plane..
Can you give me a quote..
Leaving the design upto you..

The service is absolutely free if you give the design in CAD All you have to pay for is the material and shipping. If you send the material all you have to pay is shipping.

1. Which foam do you have available? eg EPP, EPO etc
2. Can you work from a clean pdf file?
