Hello guyz recently i found this tbs dicovery dxf file but i am unable to figure it out if the file is of actual dimensions or not :banghead: :banghead:. When i opened the file using Inkscape it shows a very small dimension. Can anyone with experience in laser cutting help me out? Am i making a mistake which is causing the file to open in wrong dimensions?

Checked in Autocad. The dxf is in correct scale. The length of the plate on the right side reads to 315mm.
See the attached pdf.
To verify, take the print of pdf to 100% (without scaling) and measure the 5cm rectangle.
Thank you sir i checked it :hatsoff: :hatsoff:
I am thinking of cutting this design on 3mm acrylic sheet? would it be too heavy?
It won't be too heavy - but it will be very weak as it is 3mm Acrylic :(
Does any one kknow where i could get the frame made from carbon fiber and cnc milled too :hatsoff:
Quadkopters.com, but check size restrictions with him. Just send them your design with your requirements for materials and Satya should get back to you .
