For building a true and square fuselage

K K Iyer

@sanjayrai55,
An excellent tool/jig.
Sir, did you make it yourself, or bought it?
I remember a magnetic one from somewhere in my past...

Thanks Iyer sir

I did make it, albeit with some machining done from outside (for the Nylon "L's ") The slots are done on a milling machine

The base is 1/2"ply, and I got some "flex" sheet printed with 1"squares and glued it on

Thanks Rajesh

I use a simple Box Cutter. Been using the same "Olfa"one for about 15-20 years

Apart from all the jig, nylon L's etc.

I am in love with the workshop.....( as seen in the background)

Simply love it.

One Query ... is the fuse top open or bottom open?

sanjayrai55

It's a low winger

The fuse will be open at the bottom till covered at the end

That's a Super Awesome idea Sir  {:)}  {:)}  {:)}. Thanks for the share.

How many Fuselage I have made which have turned out skewed. If only I had come across such a wonderful idea earlier.
