We found guys here in hyderabad who sell LED strip lights at wholesale (5m per color minimum) for very reasonable price of :Rs: 150 a meter only ! The lights are as good as , if not better than the LED stips sold by HK ! If anyone is interested i could help you out !

can you post pics because there are some electric stores selling led strips(specially for diwali purpose) in my city at 2200rs per rill but i don't think it's same as hk one.
no , they are exactly the same . I bought 25m and i compared them too . You can see the pics , they are on my Coulds fly
They are available here in Kolkata for as low as 100bucks if you can haggle a bit.

found another plance also in delhi 100 RS a meter any color & its a great quality too
It is available for 200Rs. for 5mtrs. at madras electronics ritchie street chennai.
3M is written at the back.
there were some props also over there.
In vapi It is 165 rs @2meters any colour and multi coloured is 200 Rs /2 Meters :)
they are available here in vishakapatnam too 1mtr costs 60rs and RGB strip costs 120rs
Available in almost any Electronics shop allover chennai, also in automobile shops, 50rs a meter any colour, RGB. 100RS a meter for dancing LED strips.
Madras electronics sells the strip thing for 200rs. for 5mtrs.
Thats A good price :)
