While surfing for magnets for angr8on's Maglev endeavour, I came across this item on Ebay. I have ordered a set of 100 magnets and feel that they can be used for attaching removable panels and other stuff. Worth a dekko, I guess.......

Assuming that my research is right, the site http://www.acusansthan-ald.org/index.php?PageURL=acupressure_instruments#1

tells me that those are "circular, dual polarity small magnet. Diameter – approximately 5 mm. Its one side is painted white and the other side painted yellow."

Will post if there are any major aberrations.

Cheers Sandy!

I am reasonably certain that these will be of very low magnetic strength and therefore of zero - or very limited - practical use.

I have followed up all my local connections and located someone who has a wide range of magnets for sale in retail quantities. Will be visiting in a few days time and keep you al informed on - at least some of - the types and prices.
