Just got my first batch of 4 Depron kits from VK. he has imported a Laser and is doing a fantastic job of cutting kits out of depron. You have to send him a full size PDF plan (not tiled) and he does the rest.

F-16 profile, Raptor profile, Blue Baby and a Hydrofoamy Boat.

As usual VK provides outstanding service. It is a pity that I am having to leave station now and leave these laser cut beauties unattended. Prices are reasonable, packaging is PERFECT, delivery is FAST - I couldn't ask for more.

If the depron/EPP can be bulk sourced/imported, this can be a very good business opportunity for VK, and great value for the rest of us.

What!!! He bought a CNC Laser cutter! Then why not cut Balsa model kits and sell them ?

Currently  I have to grease the only properly educated guy at my local Laser cutting service, as only he can handle my AutoCad files and take special care of Balsa. Other operators there have spoiled by cutting job and wasted 2-3 sheets of Balsa/Ply.

If people like VK Singh provides this specialized service,  it would be real great to have short kits from him.

Just confirmed with VK, we don't have to send the foam, just a plan of size 600x400mm
