Hello guyz,

I am in need for a motor spray like this:
http://www.rcboca.com/duratrax-power-shot-motor-spray-cleaner-12oz.html

From where I can procure it. Does any hobby shop stocks it? Any other Motor spray will do fine.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Many modellers swear by Ethylene Glycol (Radiator Coolant).  Heat it undiluted and soak your engine in it, comes out spanking clean

Hey !!!

Here's what i have been looking at for my Nitro Buggy

1 ) http://shop.cardekho.com/exterior-cleaners/abro-heavy-duty-engine-degreaser~13461.html

2 ) http://shop.cardekho.com/exterior-cleaners/nulon-l-40-anti-rust-spray~12739.html

From what i have read on other forums .. water is something one should avoid ..Especially if you don't have a Heat gun to dry the car parts fast , before they start Oxidising and rust starts ..

You can go for non- chlorinated brake cleaner.

Electric contact spray will also do the job.

Contact Cleaner is CRC and Cramolin (Germany & Belgium) both available locally. Will take of fresh oil, not gummed up

Thanks guys...

I have to use it on the screws & parts of a kit before assembling it as per the manual. That's why I am asking.
During kit assembly, what kind of motor spray they are talking about.

Would the products suggested by members here do the job?

???

During assembly WD 40 is fine. Any Hardware/Paint shop

They suggest de-greasing the screw before loctiting it, right?

In that case, I wouldn't use WD-40.

Thats what I think...
As stringer.6 has suggested: http://shop.cardekho.com/exterior-cleaners/abro-heavy-duty-engine-degreaser~13461.html
It seems a product to go for. What you use iamahuman?

iamahuman

I don't need a heavy duty de-greaser.

I used a prototype from a company called OKS for a while and it was pretty good.

The heavy duty de-greaser mentioned will work with screws but be careful with it around plastics.
