its by far cheap then any other one iam sure they are having a foam safe ca becaus i saw it on its catalog which i had but lost. My father gets lot of stuff from this place so he gets huge discount one costs him 37 only they even have epoxy which is cheap they make a lot of products

Industrial grade CA is available at Rs 30 for 20ml in many hardware shops. Usually goes by the name of Venabond or Vegabond here in Kolkata.

We do have the Chinese Foam Safe Glues available on our eBay Store:

It's the same as what you get with the Bixler Package.
It's kind of same as Bonfix but it's Foam Safe and Clear. It's safe and works for most of the foams but you still should always do a patch test first hand to confirm if it's going to work on your model, How fast it sticks, etc.
