I use Fewi Kwik - 203 to fix the elapor foam of my easy star. Very Very reliable and very cheap. You can get a 20g bottle for Rs.56/- in any hardware store.
All you need to do is apply the required quantity of fewi kwik to the joint and keep it pressed for 180 seconds (MAX). Just ensure that CA has not touched your fingers ... :giggle:
medium ca + accelerator == best option for elapor
At our field one person has one multiplex model and he told me we can use normal CA for Elapor, so you can use Anabond CA which is good and damn cheap, one 20g bottle will cost INR 25 to INR 35 only.

I used FEVIFIX from Pidilite Industries to build my Easy Star. Easily available at all stationary stores. Ordinary CA with accelerator works great, but you won't get a second chance if you make any mistakes while joining the surfaces to be glued. one small mistake ruins the entire job. When surfaces to be joined are large like the fuselage halves of an Easy Star it would be pretty difficult to apply CA (even medium CA) to the surfaces and join them before it sets. Curing time of CA is very, very fast and perfect for jobs where you join the parts first and apply CA then, like with balsa etc.
FEVIFIX has slower curing time, about 10 - 15 minutes and gives enough time to apply a thin layer on the surfaces to be glued and join them and adjust if necessary before the glue cures. After joining the surfaces hold them in place using rubber bands or cello tape until the glue completely cures. Fevifix is pretty cheap too. They come in 8 ml tubes and costs Rs.7/- per tube. My Easy Star required 2 tubes to complete the build.
Thx a lot guys. This forum rocks. I think i will go ahead with Rao Sir's option as it will give me time if i make any mistakes.
Thx again
UPDATE:
Rao Sir, I cudnt find Fevifix anywhere. Please let me know any other option which will give me enough time to correct any mistakes before it sets.

I don't know for sure, but QUICKFIX and FEVIFIX are identical to looks and smells same. I don't think Fevibond has any use in RC Model Building. It is just not suitable for any work in RC.
If you like Please PM me your address and I'll send a couple of tubes of FEVIFIX via courier as I have a carton of fevifix in my hobby stock.
with best wishes.
Rao.
