How to calculate or know from product description(title) what is the size of hole on Control Horns

Pin Horns L20xW15xH11.52 (4 holes) 10pcs/set

OR

Control Horns 16x20mm (10pcs)

They normally are 1.5 mm to just under 2 mm. If using a standard clevis or linkage stopper then you will have to run a 2 mm drill through to ream them

I accidentally bought the above mentioned one but the push road i used was Gas welding rod which is not passing through the hole. Thanks for the fast replay @sanjayrai55

these are the best horns..... use the Cycle spokes or 1 mm steel wire ......

I use the wire which works great.

Or do this....... take small wire with z bend and tie it via thread to a cycle spoke and put CA

I thing Cycle spokes is very hard to bend let me try.

rastsaurabh

use thin wire ( 0.8mm) and solder at the end of cycle spoke. i use Fiber canes......

or use these linkage stoppers on the control horns .....

Which model? What size and weight? That will decide the pushrod wire. One size does NOT fit all

While difficulty is differently perceived, this task turns really easy with a pair of pliers. Do not cut the spoke first. Bend then cut to desired length
