I saw similar craftsmanship in my NCC instructor and recently Mr Sanjeev of RCDhamaka. I guess there would be many other seniors, from the days when Aeromodeling was either building from plan or kit and not  ARF/RTF, who possess similar professionalism. Having a regular eyeball with them ( and not just mails/PM), and earnest effort can help one learn these secrets of building from Kit Plan!
