what is the easiest way to make ribs out of foamboard, coro, etc

Please suggest fast and efficient methods of making ribs for wings from, depron,etc

use balsa instead of foam as it is more rigid....

I usually hot-wire ribs from 1.5" HD thermocol. It's not the easiest, but the shape comes out well.
