Does any one have experience the cutting Balsa/wood by Laser ?

If yes, then where from the LASER came or how it was made? What about the cutting BED or masking system if used? Or the plotter with head with LASER.

This can save a LOT of time.

Thanks
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

You fellow Kolkata flyer get laser cutting done locally:

I had some success in  Bangalore:

Cutting Balsa/Ply with laser requires what is called Co2 (Gas) laser head of 30-100+Watts, mounted on a CNC machine. Commercial CNC Laser cost over 10 Lacks to import.

I was planning to build a LED based (1Watt) laser cutter for cutting foam but abandoned the plan for the while as cutting Depron with Hobby knife is much convenient than cutting Balsa:

Sir, There are shops/ services everywhere who cuts for payments. But if anyone, who done it by himself, can enlighten us, we will be gratefull. This is just like (rather much easier than) diy 3d printer.
