I am new to this forum. i am staying in Ambala Cantt near Chandigarh(For those who are not familiar with North India). I am interested in building scale models in balsa and styrofoam. I do not know the sources for buying the building materials and tools. The long list of tools posted by Mr Rao was very useful. Can anyone pl guide me.
