Does anyone have 1mm pushrods? 

Why do you require 1mm pushrods? Weight issues or size wise clevis, or connector hole 1mm.

i have 2mm if you want.

Sanjay sir, have you used that tube-in-tube pushrod? I got one of those to try out, but horribly eats up the servo torque. In his case its the micro plane, with 2-9gms servo will be used and probably wont work.

If you are worried about weight, then you can try out the guitar/piano wire, or the thinnest knitting rod which is aluminium, yet strong and light.

How about 1.2mm carbon fiber rods? You can make z bends using 1mm pins/paper clips in the end.

Or you can use standard steel/stainless steel tar available at hardware stores for cheap.
Lightweight but strong enough for micro application.

Tantragna, I have never faced a problem with these, and have used them on small (FT Baby Blender & Nutball) and medium (Spadcap, Big Nasty) models with no problem, normally with 9 gram Servos. In fact, when you hold the cable in your hand, and slide the inner inside the outer you can feel how smooth and nearly frictionless it is. This is also standard supply (wire in cable) with Multiplex models. Maybe there was a kink in the inner? A sharp bend? Or something else causing this.

Maybe.. but it is the same product I picked up from Rcd and was/is looking good, but for the fact that the product was wound up too small diameter package and was unable to straighten it for possible use. It was really hard even to move by hand, despite forcibly straightening it between the ends, so didnt recommend here.
