My teammate is going to Mumbai next week. I have asked him to get some motors for me from there as I have heard that they are cheaper there. I am in need of some small but very high torque dc geared motors preferably in the 12v range. Where can he get them from? 2nd hand motors will do too.

some old geard motor are available in delhi meena bazaar i use some gear motor for my battle tank torqe of the motor is aprox 40 kg  but that is 24 volt

Aren't there any markets in Mumbai where one can get old electronic equipments or parts? We have one called chadni market here in kolkata.

yes tere is market known as lamengtone road it is near grant road station.
you can get railway map from internet.
