Can  anyone suggest me which is best transmitter to by Avionic rcb6i or flysky fsi6

Flysky Fsi6 is the better option, solemnly because of the open-source nature of the TX, which gives you the option of a lots of mods , apart from that you have a larger selection of compatible receivers available for this Tx as well , starting from the smallest Fs A8S to the largest X6B i-BUS Receiver .
