Hello guys, I am planning to order a 9X 9 CH FlySky Tx-Rx ( the same as TURNIGY 9CH set ) from China itself. The pricing will be lesser if more quantity is ordered. So if anyone wants to buy one, please PM me, we can order it together and benefit from mutual savings ;D. It will be better if you are from Bangalore, as I am myself based there. Please, serious replies only :)
@rajeshdubal.... dear friend please be sure as there are chances of trouble at customs when you import TX-RX.. This is what I hear around and read in various posts in this forum.. So buying a bit expensive from Indian stores itself make sense to me.. I am waiting for mine from RCBazaar. My luck they were out of stock and I have to wait almost a month..
Totally agree with punty,, customs will be great issue .
I agree with both of you. But the prices in some stores are way too high, and rcbazaar is out of stock :banghead: What do you suggest I do? :help: I want it at the earliest .
@rajeshdubal.. Price at RCbazaar is cheapest ( As per my research - not 100% on this). Plus they are taking pre orders for delivery at april end. Even if you try and import it from China, it will be almost same time plus the custom trouble, and required duty. Although if your lucky enough you might get it early and without custom trouble at all.. So its just a chance that you'll have to take and decide. I would suggest depending on your urgency take the decision keeping in mind the price factor..
I know am not of much help here... but thats the way it is dear friend.. :(
@punty : yeah man, I know. I think ordering from china will be the last option. Rcbazaar has the best pricing, no doubt about that. I will talk to them once again and see what to do next :)
The manufacturer himself has quoted about 96 USD as the total price for a single unit. I think importing will be a hassle, I just hope someone has it and is ready to sell it at a decent price. I dont mind going for the 6CH radio also :P
:o
Hello rajeshdubal ,
I'm bumping in here to just give you some info regarding the Radios.
I think this is the first time any LHS being so transparent here.
I make a profit of 200 by selling a Radio.
You may ask how
Here goes the answer
When bought in bulk each 9ch costs 82 USD.
Shipping on each radio is 15 USD
Customs duty on each radio 15 USD
In no way we can escape customs because we import as a registered firm with all the set of license required.
So Total: 112 USD = 5600/-
Profit 200/-
For that profit we give the delivery in 2 days if out of Hyderabad or immediate if store pick up.
AND PLEASE REMEMBER ONLY RCBHARAT IS STOCKING THESE RADIOS PRESENTLY.
And I would love to share even one thing using this thread
The same radio is sold for 20,000/- in Hyderabad(No need to mention the shop's name).
Some people are buying the radios from RCBHARAT and again selling them for 6,000-15,000/- making a healthy profit of 1000-10,000.
Please don't but from such people.
We are trying our level best to stop such reselling but it is not always possible.

+1 to rcbharat to clear things out.
Thank You Dharmik
@Rcbharat : Hey, thanks a lot for clearing things up, your honesty is appreciated :salute: . What I'd thought was that the radios are manufactured in China, then shipped to America, then Turnigy resells them in their name, and we import it from the USA, making the end cost very high for us buyers. I understand your point perfectly and thanks for letting us know about sellers who resell overpriced products ! What I was trying was to go directly to the source, but as everyone tells me, thats a difficult thing to do. I shall discuss it with my teammates and get back to you for the order :)
RcBharat, appreciate your honesty
But, how come it costs you $ 97 per piece when you order in bulk? It sells for $ 82 for retail customers.
EDIT : The prices mentioned are inclusive of shipping. (For e.g. at HK, item cost $54 + $24 shipping = $82)
:iagree: I personally checked the price with the company,ie.FlySky and even a single piece costs 73 USD (without shipping ) . ??? ??? ???
73 $ is the Ex- Works price.
Ex- Works means the company dosen't offer you any customs clearance at the port of origin.
Including that it costs 82 $ / piece.
This excludes shipping.

Tunigy 9x rate is 4800/- in rchobbyaddict. However, his present stock is nil but he can supply within 1 month as anam replied. Customs, Sales tax & others is his pain, and the rate is all inclusive and he pays taxes too AFAIK.
@Sai Sir... Thumbs up for the details and transparency sir. :)
Thanks for the info and transparency Rcbharat :salute:. I think I will go for the 6Ch radio by FlySky, as the 9Ch is out of our budget right now (we are a team of members making a plane). Any sellers for the FlySky/H.K. 6Ch for about Rs.2200 , pls do contact me, I shall buy it immediately.
flysky9x transmitter costs around $59 and $30 for shipping.and you can add few other products to you cart to make shipping price reasonable as $30 is for 2kgs and tx weighs only abt 1680gms so you can make justice to your money.as mentioned above for commercial use they need to pay taxes.if you order tx/rx for personal use there is no problem of customs.this is my personal experience.to save money you can probably order from china without any customs problem if it is for personal use.it may take time but saves your money.important note make yous customs declare value in between 30-40% as higher customs declaration values tend to stop by officers
