If you are looking for low cost alternative then just use 2596 buck converter module and tune its output to required voltage.

yeah thanks a lot bro. First I'm using Buck board to power-up receiver. but i connected a 4 servos in my plane. so this is doesn't give much current. 2 servo motors only works well, TX shows voltage alarm. That's why I'm looking for UBEC.
