i am looking for a Flysky TH9X PCB (Main)

please do let me know if anyone is willing to sell...

I tried to find one too, but no joy. Eventually ended up repairing the misplaced ceramic caps and shorted IC pins.

There were some custom boards but they have been discontinued.

i did repair but the values are very unstable... they keep dancing in +/- 10 nos... which is annoying and very dangerous too as i will end up loosing control of the aerial vehicle.

I have seen the same dancing stick values on an Hobbyking 6ch v2 which led me to get a TH9X but it had the same issue too. So what I inferred was that probably most of the budget radios are plagued by this issue due to low quality pots/gimbals for sticks. Springs are used too which can also be the problematic area.

My TH9X has the same issue where value fluctuates -/+5 and I compensate it with expo in tx, via deadband feature in Multiwii FC's, throttle curves etc. Sometimes the sticks dont center too but again it is taken care off by changing settings.

So I think that you can program your tx to compensate for it and start using it after some testing till the time you get a new 9XR or Frsky Taranis  ;D

Saint, the dancing values have been noticed on the stock version firmware. Since you've already ripped the guts once, might as well do the er9x/openTX mod and recheck.

The Atmega ADC inputs are prone to noise, might want to check the tracks are not burnt and the pull up resistors are intact. All in all, a better deal to get a new one and use this one for spares

All the best

yes true as you said better to get a new one... but being a hobby still it becomes difficult for arranging the budget at times.

also now i think should i invest into a better one? but they are tad costly so its a bit confusing.

Like Satya says, Taranis  = kicka**

9XR = 9x + er9x + better sticks + inbuilt programmer, saves the firmware modding hassle.

I have taranis and it's one of the beast when it comes to transmitter. So many options and easy to use. Its worth every penny that you pay (its worth a lot)
