Is there any vendor selling quality (min. 3000mAh; Panasonic, Sony or Samsung) 18650s at reasonable (<Rs 500/cell) prices? I'm willing to buy 6.

If there is a power bank/ laptop battery at good price which uses quality 18650 Lithium ion cells that will work as well. If you want to buy as well, reply with +1, maybe someone can offer good price for bulk purchase.
