I need a BRUSHED ESC to power twin setup on my scratch build boat...

Brushed escs are easy to diy, search google for h bridge. If you plan to use a small motor with peak current 0.2 amps, you can use l623 ic. For a slightly larger motor, <2A you can use l298. If you don't want a DIY solution, search for motor driver online, you'll easily find many.
