I need a single cell lipo of 500mAh for my tricopter. Please let me know if anyone is willing to sell one.

use a cell phone battery - single cell - about 800 mah depending on version
and available at your friendly neighbourhood mobile shop

But that would be a little too heavy I guess. And charging will be a cause of concern.

Cellphone lipo is not a high discharge lipo and not suitable for rc applications.

i think i have one but the battery is of 2 cell .

A 2s will fire my tricopter. It will be too much for it to handle. Hence I need a 1s

You can dismantle a 2S lipo, shouldn't be a tedious job, just remove everything gently and avoid shorting.
