want a spektrum dx3s surface radio system with telemetry ... any idea on where i can get one

you could check with him if it is still on sale.
You could also check the Sanwa Mt4, it has telemetry as well, its a new radio from Sanwa, available at RC Dhamaka, Bangalore.
