Do any one make me available 7805 IC as i m unable to find this IC plz help me out as im hanged up with my rc moddeling  

7805 is such a common Voltage regulator that should be available in your city if there is a single Engineering college in you city (which I know there is) ... It is used widely for Digital Electronics practicals and Projects. Just try to find in the main electronics component market of you city. It was available in even in comparable city like Patna way back in 1993 when I was very active in electronics.

You can't possibly have tried your best! Like ujjwaana said, it's very easily available in almost every city.
Ask in any electronics repairing shop and they should be able to guide you.
I've got a very healthy stock of the 78 series, could send you some if you get really desperate.
But, do try to find a good electronics shop in your city. That way you'll know where to go in case you need anything else.

Go to your TV repair Shop, Ask him to bring the IC with giving money in excess in hand asking for his bus fair (Rs.25/- will be sufficient I think). Surely you get it. Though it costs Rs.5/- to 10/- depending upon places.
If still you could not get the IC, then left this hobby Electronics.
But if only 7805 is the only culprit for incomplete project, PM me with your address, project details requied model,You will get it as I have some of them still now for testing.

Ritz, If you have basic knowledge of electronics then do one thing use Nokia cell phone charger (I guess its output is 5V). connect +ve to Pin 3 of 7805 (extream right pin seeing from front) and ground to center Pin. Check if your radio turns on.
